REGISTRATION AND PROGRAM POLICIES

  • There is a one time ISR National Registration Fee of $105 for each new student. If your child is a returning ISR student, there is a $40 annual update fee.  This registration/update fee is separate from your lesson fee and is paid to the ISR National Registration and not to the instructor. The registration fee/update fee cover a medical history review from the Registration Evaluation Team(RET) After you register for an ISR swim lesson session, the ISR registration Link will be sent to you.  THE ISR REGISTRATION HAS TO BE COMPLETED AND APPROVED BEFORE YOUR CHILD CAN BEGIN LESSONS! PLEASE ALLOW NO LESS THAN 2 WEEKS FOR THE APPROVALS TO BE SENT OUT. YOUR CHILD CANNOT BE PUT INTO THE WATER WITHOUT ISR CLEARANCE.
  • ISR will send a pdf of the Parent Resource Book upon registration. Please read this book for useful information about what to bring to lessons, what to expect, as well as information about creating a safe aquatic environment for your family
  • No refunds will be given after the first day of the session, except in extenuating circumstances.
  • ISR does not automatically re-register children for additional sessions.  This is the responsibility of the parent/guardian
  • Cancelations:  Make-ups or refunds will only be scheduled or made in the event of instructor absence, weather or any pool issue that causes the facility to close.
  • Communication regarding last minute class cancellations due to weather, pool closure, etc will be handled via email.
  • VIDEO TAPING is allowed on Thursdays only: Photos may be taken on the other days if they are for family only and will not be posted online. Monday is day to start new skills. Thursday is best day for photos and video taping.
