The Barracudas swim at the Brentwood Indoor Sport Complex.  Practice times are typically between 12:30-3:30pm, depending on when your child's age group is scheduled.  Meets are usually on Tuesdays, with the exception of the championship meet, which will be on a weekend.  Parents are required to volunteer throughout the season, as the success of the season depends on your involvement.

New Swimmer Evaluations

Swimmers who have not previously swum for one of our summer league teams need to be evaluated and placed in an appropriate practice group.

Saturday May 10 3:15-4:30pm at the Brentwood ISC, 920 Heritage Way, Brentwood.

Evaluations will be first come, first serve. 

If you miss the evaluation please plan to attend the first day of practice so your swimmer may be evaluated at that time.

Team Registration (two separate registrations are required)

2025 Team Registration fee: $170 - First you will register your child on the team using the Excel Summer League Registration Platform, and then complete the Swimmingly registration below.  Registration fee includes team cap, practice five days each week, and meet fees. It is the first registration through the Excel website that will secure your child's spot on the team.

To register your swimmer, visit the Excel Aquatics Swim School Registration Platform and scroll to the bottom for summer league teams.  Choose your team and then select the correct group based on your child's gender and age as of June 1, 2025.

Swimmingly Registration: $16 - At the start of the season participants MUST complete a separate registration on the Swimmingly website.  All teams use this system to manage team rosters, complete meet entries, and run the meets.  Returning parents/swimmers will merely have to use their existing account and declare which team they will be swimming for.  New parents/swimmers will have to create an account and add their swimmer to a team.

Registration & Sign-Up Instructions

Parents/Guardians, once you register & sign-up your swimmer(s) using the instructions below, they'll automatically populate on the roster and become active for the season! Per the Swimmingly® Child Protection Policy, as a guardian, you will have oversight of your swimmer(s) and can invite other parents/guardians/grandparents that you wish to affiliate with your swimmers in the Swimmingly® Clubhouse!

The Swimmingly® Clubhouse will be your home for your swimmer results, meet declarations, time improvements, best times, and MORE!
               
The steps below are required for ALL (new and returning) swimmers to swim in meets this season. Please take action ASAP so we can get ready for the swim season!

Participation Requirements

Swimmers - All registered athletes are required to participate in at least two dual meets througout the season.  They are highly encouaraged to participate in the championship meet scheduled for June 27-28, but ultimately it is optional.

Parents - All families are required to work on deck at each of the dual meets AND the championship meet.  The meets are organized and run completely by volunteers.  If your child swims on the team, a parent/guardian must work at the meets.
