Please note that USA Swimming memberships are only valid for ONE calendar year. Non-athletes, Year round athletes, and club memberships all expire at the end of each calendar year. Seasonal memberships are valid for about 4 months, typically from early April through late August of each year. Because the calendar year and the fiscal year overlap by 4 months, renewals of any Year-Round memberships may take place as early as September 1 and be valid for the next membership year (which will end on December 31 of the following calendar year). After August 31^st of each year, we can no longer accept memberships from the previous registration year. Please use only the latest (most recently dated) forms (found below) and discard any old ones.

2024 Club Membership Information 1) Renew your team via USA Swimming website (Club Administrators have access to do this for your team.) You will be asked various questions as you go thru the process online and you will pay the $70 USA Swimming portion of the annual club registration fee at the time of submission. Log into your account on USA Swimming Click on Club at the top-right of your screen Click on Club Renewal 2) Complete the Club Charter Google Form - Click HERE to complete! This replaces the fillable word document from past years. *Club Membership requires both steps above completed AND Head Coach membership renewed and in good-standing for 2024 OR Head Coach PLUS 1 additional Coach membership renewed and good standing for 2024 for coach-owned clubs. Once above requirements are completed, MNSI will bill your team for the LSC portion of the annual club membership fee via your team ACH.
