Club Wolverine Senior Level (Ages 14-18)
| Success as a Senior-level swimmer can be defined differently by every involved athlete. Some are interested in being competitive as members of their High School Teams, while others may have ambitions of swimming collegiately or nationally. Club Wolverine's program aims to be an environment that fosters success for our athletes based on their aspirations and potential. Senior groups are categorized into athletes with local (State/MHSAA), regional (Sectional), and national (Futures, Jr Nationals) focus and structured with perpetual improvement in mind. |

| SENIOR GROUPS
At Club Wolverine, we are committed to helping every athlete in our Senior program reach their full potential. With approximately 75 athletes across our Senior training groups, we understand that each swimmer brings unique goals, skills, and experience levels. Therefore, the Senior level is structured into two groups to best support our athletes: the Senior group and the High Performance group. This structure enables us to tailor the practice environment to meet swimmers where they are in their development, providing the appropriate level of challenge, accountability, and support.
Each group is led by a dedicated coach responsible for building strong connections with their athletes.
Senior ~ Josh White(Lead), Katie Capelli, & Colin Gibson
The Senior Group offers a comprehensive training environment for athletes committed to steady progress, skill development, and a strong connection to the sport. It supports a range of swimmers - from those developing toward high-performance expectations to those who may benefit from greater flexibility in training and attendance. The group combines the structure and challenge necessary for advancement with the adaptability to meet individual needs, serving as both a developmental pathway and a competitive platform for athletes striving towards success at championship-level meets.
Senior High Performance ~ Josh White The High Performance training group at Club Wolverine is designed for athletes who are fully committed to achieving success at the highest levels of national competition. Admission into this group is by invitation only and is based on a swimmer's performance history, training background, and readiness to meet the group's demands. Not all eligible athletes will choose this path, and not all will be selected. Athletes in this group are expected to maintain a 90% attendance rate and participate in selected focus and championship meets for the group each season. |
