SwimVille USA & Arena

Arena: REAC has a signed contract with Arena. Through this agreement our team members receive discounts on equipment, swimwear, coaches’ apparel, discounted and free items for USA Sectional Qualifiers and above, as well as other program benefits. Swimmers are expected to use Arena brand products at all times when representing Ransom Everglades Aquatic Club (practice and meets). This includes Championship Racing Suits (Team Colors Only)
         -Required: suits, caps, equipment (see required equipment lists)
           -Optional: backpacks, warmups, parkas etc
                -Team Colors: black, grey, green, white, blue (royal or sky/Carolina/light)

SwimVille USA is the official Team Vendor for REAC. Through SwimVille, swimmers and families can order all official REAC suits, bags, warm-ups, and more. Items can be purchased/ordered by phone from their Cincinnati, OH location or online through our team specific link. Team Apparel Guidelines continued:
All swimmers competing for REAC must purchase an Arena Team Suit (plain black Arena Brand – embroidery is optional) and agree to wear a team cap in all warm-up sessions and meet competitions. Team suits are to be worn in all competitions by all swimmers, no exceptions.  An Arena “championship” / “speed/tech” suit may be substituted at a team championship meet. The cost of the suits and personalized team caps (to be ordered in the Fall) are additional costs to the registration fees.

Parkas, Team Sweat Suits, Team Backpacks and additional team shirts are available but not required.

Practice Suits and Equipment

  • All swimmers should make every effort to be in Arena Brand suits and equipment at all practices, meets, and team events.
  • On our online Team Portal with SwimVille USA there is also a 'grab bag' line items that offers discounted suits for males and females.

Championship /Tech Suits
Defined: Any suit other than Lycra/Endurance type suits designed for high level racing. (ie- any suit in team colors in the Arena Powerskin line of competition suits.)

These suits should only be worn at Championships and Championship Format meets as designated by the coaching staff and must be Arena brand products. ‘Championship Suits’ are not to be worn at in-season dual meets or Invitationals unless specifically designated by the coaching staff ahead of time.

    • ​Athletes must attend this event to receive the discount from Arena
    • Discount valid once per season for each AG Champs meet
  • ​General Team - 15% off ST 2.0 & R-EVO
    • ​Discount valid once per Championship Season (twice per year in total)

Meet Apparel Guidelines
 Swimmers should be always in ‘REAC’ and/or generic Arena apparel at competitions. When not in the water warming up or racing, t-shirts, shorts, pants, jackets, etc should be worn to stay warm. Adequate body temperature is essential in assuring the body is properly prepared for competition. Wet towels are not sufficient for keeping the body warm.
            Apparel advertising or containing logos of other teams is not permitted at any time during team events.
Team Logo on apparel are optional and only available on official team items in our designated team color for a given item.
