PST Entries We will be having a combined practice here at Central Park Thursday, March 25 at 5pm. Practice will be over at 6pm, and we will all meet at Cici's Pizza on University, just north of Sunrise, just before Sunset Strip. The address is 8253 Sunset Strip - Sunrise, FL 33322.

The upcomming Sunset Race has been moved to Wednesday March 24. If you have not signed up on the website you may sign up before 4:45pm on Wednesday. Warm up will begin at 5pm, and the meet will start at 5:30pm. You can sign up also by replying to this email. We have set these meets up during practice time to promote participation and education on how meets are run. All best times from these meets will be used. Terrell

As we wind down our championship season, Coach Dolores and Coach Terrell's 5pm groups will not have practice Saturday March 20 and March 27. We will be hosting the 2010 FGC Senior Championships (15 & over Jo's) March 26-28 and would love to have any 12 & Unders help us to run another successful meet at Central Park. 14 & Under 2010 Short Course Jr. Olympic Meet Recap: Congratulations to the 39 PST swimmers who had a good showing at the 14 & under 2010 Short Course Jr. Olympic Meet at Coral Springs this past weekend. Those 39 swimmers rallied to a 9th place overall finish. We had 179 swims this past weekend and 106 of those swims were best times. Due to the Junior Olympics this weekend in Coral Springs there will be no practice for all of Coach Dolores' and Coach Terrell's 5pm groups Friday, March 12 and Saturday, March 13. There will also be no practice for all 3:45pm groups Friday, March 12. Animal and Sprint groups will have normal 5pm practice Friday and Saturday practice will be at 8am.

14 & Under Jr. Olympics got underway last night at Coral Springs Aquatic Complex. Taylor Cook finished second in the 11-12 girls 1650 with a life time best of 19:16.84.
