Congratulations to all the PST swimmers who competed in the Jupiter “A” Invitational September 12-14. We had numerous event winners as well as some serious time drops in our first meet of the 2008-2009 Short Course season. On Friday, August 15, 2008, PST held its first annual "Midnight Madness" gala. In conjunction with this event fundraising was conducted for the benefit of Caleb Downey and family. As has been highlighted previously on our web site, Caleb was the unfortunate victim of a tragic auto accident and faces a long and difficult recovery. Summer Sectionals 2008: by Coach Terrell With most of the PST swimmers focusing on Junior Olympics or Zones, PST put together a small group that attended Summer Sectionals at the Swimming Hall of Fame in Ft. Lauderdale. Diego Cabrera, Alex Cianci and Dylan Marsolek represented Plantation in grand fashion, with the highlight of the meet being Dylan’s 1500 Free, in which he went a best time by 5 seconds.
