Donahue Ends Junior Olympics for GTSA the Same Way Heath Kicked it Off
Thursday night Tyler Heath opened up Junior Olympic with a 15th place finish in the 1,000 Freestyle dropping an astounding 37 seconds. The best times continued the remainder of the weekend including 100% best times from Alexandria Donahue, Tyler Heath and Noel Lee. Friday Emma finished 9th in the 200 Breaststroke in a time of 2:29.56. The great swimming continued Saturday when Morgan Tankersley dropped 1.54 seconds in the 50 freestyle to finish 15th in a time of 30.19. The final night of the meet saw GTSA’s best finish of the meet when Emma Donahue took 4th place in the 100 breaststroke. She touched the wall in a new personal best of 1:07.54. Overall Junior Olympics was a great success. GTSA is next in action this weekend at Florida Senior Championships in Orlando, FL.
