GTSA Ends the Short Course Season on a High Note

          GTSA finished up their short course season in amazing fashion this past weekend at the Area 3/5 Championships in Sarasota, FL.  The team was represented by its largest numbers of the year with 33 participants signing up and a total of 225 splashes.  Of those swims 70% of them were personal bests, Including 100% best times from 13 different swimmers (Ana Delong, Elsa Delong, Christopher Dieffenthaller, Gabriela Donahue, TJ Donahue, Isabel Hanewicz, Tyler Heath, Chris Jennings, Maggie Mullen, Jeremy Parker, Hillary Perfit, Grace Sanchez, and Sydney Whitfield).  There were also multiple people who finished in the top 3 including Chris Dieffenthaller, Gabriela Donahue, Trevor Donahue, Tyler Heath, Maggie Mullen, Jeremy Parker, Grace Sanchez, and Morgan Tankersley.  3 different GTSA swimmers won events including Reagan Flynn, Grace Sanchez (2), and Morgan Tankersly.  It was a great way to end the short course season and head into the long course season.  GTSA returns to action in Savannah, GA on April 29^th.
