Senior Championships: Thursday

                        The 2012 Florida Swimming Senior Championships kicked off Thursday in Orlando, FL with some distance events.  Mary Margaret Deedrick was the only swimmer for GTSA to participate on Thursday evening.  She swam the 1,650 Freestyle in a time of 19:08.12 finishing in 17^th place.  It was a great way to start off the meet for GTSA.  The remaining 7 swimmers will join Mary Margaret in the pool on Friday, when the 200 Freestyle, 200 Breaststroke, 100 Butterfly, and 400 IM will all be contested.  If you are interested in following our senior swimmers floridaswimnetwork.com will have coverage all week of the meet and results can be found at swimresultsbytrg.com.
