Donahue Dominating at CCCAN's

This past week Ally Donahue represented Trinidad & Tobago at the Central American and Caribbean Amateur Swimming Confederation’s Championships (CCCAN).  The meet was held in Costa Rica from July 2-6^th.   Over the five days Ally participated in multiple events, and as usual was spectacular in the breaststroke events.  She kicked the week off with gold in the 100 Breaststroke (1:14.01), and backed that swim up another gold medal in the 50 Breaststroke (34.01).  She also finished 4^th in the 200 Breaststroke and 5^th in the 50 Freestyle over the week.  Please be sure to congratulate Ally when you see her!
