Join our organized adult swimming program at BWAC – the Douglas County Stingreys!
As an affiliate club sanctioned by United States Masters Swimming (USAM), the DCS Masters program offers training opportunities Monday – Friday.
Membership is open to adults of age 18 and older. There is no prior competitive experience required; competition is optional but is encouraged. We serve members of all ability levels and focus on both swimming technique as well as fitness.
Our coaching staff has trained state, national and internationally ranked competitive swimmers and is well versed on dryland instruction and nutrition for athletes of all ages and abilities.
**DCS Masters will train in the instructional pool and the competition pool during scheduled practice times in the AM. PM availability may not be possible and will be only as space permits. Workouts will be self-directed; however, sets designed by the coaches and written for varying levels of ability are available at the pool during each scheduled session**
