
Why swim as an adult?

- Muscle strength: Swimming is a total body workout that tones muscles and builds strength.
- Flexibility and coordination: Swimming can improve your flexibility and coordination.
- Stress reduction: Swimming can be a calming activity that reduces stress and anxiety.
- Low impact: Swimming is a low impact workout that's suitable for people of all fitness levels.

DASH offers learn-to-swim classes for adults 18 or over with basic swimming skills and lessons for the more advanced level swimmers who would like to improve their techniques.
You must have a US Master's Swimming membership, which is different than a DASH Master's membership.
US Master's Swimming is a national program that covers your insurance to use the pool - click here for the US Master's Swimming website to register.

Includes membership to DASH adult lap swimming (DASH Master's Program) for the month.
