For swimmers interested in exploring what Team DASH Swim Team is all about, DASH offers a
FREE TRIAL!!
September 8th - September 21st
To register, parents & swimmers need to attend one of the in-person registrations and swim skill evaluation on
Wednesday, September 3rd, 6:45p - 7:45P
or
Sunday, September 7, 3:30 - 4:30P
at DCSD Aquatic Center located at Hempstead High School
SWIMMERS should wear their swimsuits to the registration and will be getting in the water for their swim skill evaluation. This ensures they are placed in the correct training group.
PARENTS, please remember a towel and goggles for your swimmer.
**drive to the back of Hempstead High School and enter the door with the large "A" above to the right of the Event Entrance
Swimmers must arrive showered and in their swim suits - bathroom to be used only if necessary, no changing or showering will be allowed. Any swim suit is fine, goggles are recommended.
You're free to show up anytime on either day to complete the process.
DASH Board members will be present to help set up new accounts and to complete registration for the team or free trial period.
**If you have a child with previous competitive swimming experience, please contact Coach Doug via the Contact Us link for recommended group placement.

- Jr. Hurricane: 2 - 3 practices
- Green: 2 - 3 practices
- Blue: - 3-4 practices
- Bronze: 3 - 4 practices
- Silver: 4 - 5 practices
- Gold: all offered
**The FREE TRIAL is not available to those who have participated as a member of TeamDASH, swim lessons not included, on any previous occasions including any previous trial periods.
