Dear DASH Families, We’re excited to invite you to a fun and meaningful evening out in support of our swimmers — DASH Night Out! Thursday, January 29, 2026 5:00–8:00 PM Dimensional Brewing Co. (Main Street) This is the only fundraiser for our winter season, and it’s an easy (and fun!) way to support our team. Congratulations to our five TeamDASH members selected to the TeamIowa All-Star team that will be competing at the Midwest All-Star meet in Des Moines on January 9 - 11! Croix S, Isaac H, Lily M, Evie W and Malin T were selected based on swims in thier respective age groups during the fall portion of the season.
Congratulations to TeamDASH member Owen Leitzen (HHS '25)! Owen was selected as a member of the 2025 USA Swimming Scholastic ALL-AMERICAN team. 2024-25 Scholastic All-America USA Swimming announced the complete list of 2024–25 Scholastic All-America recipients. This prestigious honor recognizes athletes in grades 9–12 who maintained a minimum 3.5 GPA and met one or more competition criteria during the qualifying period of September 1, 2024 – August 31, 2025. 16 Iowa Swimmers earned USA Swimming Scholastic All-American status for the 2024-25 academic school year.
