Hello DASH families! This month we have a different version of the newsletter due to my main computer being down (gotta love technology lol). HHS' 200 Free Relay was selected as this week's TH Athlete of the Week! Kyle Powers, Brandon Decker, Owen Leitzen and Logan Westhoff finished 2nd at the IHSAA State meet last weekend in Iowa City.

TeamDASH hosted the Iowa Swimming East Regional and 8 & Under Championships at the DBQ Schools Aquatic Center over this past weekend. 500 athletes from 14 teams competed in the meet. TeamDASH achieved 21 new IASI Champ "Q"ualifying times, along with two 8 & Under Championships by Croix Stickney (50 yd. Breaststroke - :44.87 & 25 yd. Freestyle - :16.66).
