Hello SWAT, These past two weekends 19 swimmers from SWAT traveled to Boise, Idaho to compete in the Northwest Sr. Sectional and the Norwest Age Group Regional Meets. Our Sectional and Regional Teams represented Spokane as the highest placing IES Team at both competitions and matching up well against the bigger teams in the larger metropolitan areas around the Northwest. With multiple Top 8 and Top 16 Finalists, in just these past two weekends SWAT has achieved Seven New Team Records and 40 New All Time Top 10 Swims! Congratulations...

Congratulations SWAT on the Seventh Consecutive IES 1st Place Team Finish. With the IES Championships rule and time standard changes, we knew going into the meet that this year would be one of our most challenging. Many of our swimmers are at the bottom of their respective age groups, this was one of our youngest Championship Teams to date. Cougar Classic Meet Results A great way to end the regular season. This meet ran fast with the swimmers racing up to five events in less than two hours.
