Youth Program Overview
We value, teach, and role model the principles of hard work, discipline, personal responsibility, leadership, commitment, teamwork, sportsmanship, and service to others as the path to personal and competitive success.
Our Training Programs are designed to provide a systematic progression of skills development and personal growth, as we support our athletes in setting goals and achieving dreams. The coaching staff recognizes that every athlete has specific individual needs and that exact group placement will be an on-going process.

Refinement of Technique, Training Principles, Goal Setting & Team Leadership Ages 10 – 12 (est) Skills Standard: Legal 100 of each stroke / 200 IM / Distance Training / Goals include State Times Attendance: 4-5 days per week is recommended Dryland & Stretching is offered prior to practices and is encouraged. |

Proficiency in Technique, Training Principles, Goal Setting & Team Leadership Ages 12 – 14 (est) Skills Standards: 200 of Stroke / 400 IM / 500 Free or greater / Goals include State & Regional Times Attendance: 4-5 days per week is recommended Dryland & Stretching is offered prior to practices and is encouraged. |
High School Development |

Designed for high school swimmers to improve competitive & leadership skills. Focus is stroke technique, conditioning & personal leadership; swim meets are optional but encouraged. Key Entrance Skills: Member of High School Swim Team Dryland & Stretching is offered with practices and is encouraged. Attendance: 3 days per week is encouraged |
