National Organization Membership Fees

USA Swimming membership must be done by families directly on the USA Swimming website with fees paid there. All VAN members must be current USA Swimming members for club insurance and Safe Sport requirements. All memberships expire 12/31/2026 except “Individual Season.”

Other Fees

USA Swimming member fees - These vary based on the age and level of membership. See table above.

Meet fees - These vary based on the amount set by the meet host. They are added to the monthly training fees around the time of the meet and are payable at the next beginning of month billing cycle.

Equipment fees - Additional silicone caps are $15 *or* TWO for $25. These can be purchased at the time of initial registration or they are billed when given to swimmers throughout the year.

Service Hours fees - $25 per hour not met. Additional information in About Us > Team Policies.

College Athlete fees - for swimmers rostered on a college athletic swimming program. Fall/Winter/Spring Break fees = $25/week; Summer Break = $100 flat fee * no annual fee, however USA Swimming membership and Athlete Protection Training (from USA Swimming) required for ages 18+ prior to participation

*Airway Heights Facility membership fees - There is an additional fee charged by the facility in order to attend practices there (athletes have to have a "membership" at some level). Families pick the option that best fits their situation for attendance and set that up directly with the Airway Heights facility.
