ALL BNSC family members are part of the Booster Club.  The BNSC Booster Club exists to enhance the experience of all swimmers, support coaches, and foster a strong sense of community among families. Its mission is to provide resources, events, and opportunities that help the team thrive both in and out of the pool. The Booster Club operates through standing sub-committees that focus on key areas of engagement, growth, and sustainability. Each committee has defined responsibilities, checkpoints, and opportunities for collaboration. Committees are outlined here.

Awards LeaderAmy Krischel
Budgets, selects, and orders appropriate ribbons, medals, and trophies for hosted meets and team banquets.

Bullpen Leader  OPEN POSITION
Coordinates, instructs, and ensures the team has coverage for the running of a Bullpen (staging area) at all 10&U sessions of hosted meets.  Bullpens are not required for ages 11 and up.

Concessions LeaderMissy Dundov
Selects the menu for concessions at our hosted meets.  Responsible for purchasing food and service items or securing donations through team parents as appropriate.  Coordinates set-up and clean-up of concessions area.

Hospitality LeaderSydney Dean-Myrda
Selects menu for the hospitality room (complimentary meals, snacks, and beverages for coaches and officials) at hosted meets.  Budgets for and purchases items as necessary or coordinates volunteer donations.  Coordinates set-up and clean-up of hospitality room at hosted meets.

Officiating LeaderOPEN 
Coordinates and ensures the team has coverage of officials at hosted and away meets.  Ensures all team officials are up to date on certifications and registrations. Reaches out to away meet hosts to inform them of our team’s officiating participation at their meet.

Safety LeaderJason Curtis
Coordinates and ensures the team has Safety coverage for all sessions at hosted meets. Maintains first-aid kit supplies and safety vest supplies. Coaches safety volunteers on priority tasks to ensure safe hosted meets and to prevent injuries.

Timing LeaderOPEN
Coordinates and ensures the team has enough timers and runners covered for required sessions at away meets and for hosted meets.   Volunteers for away meets will have to be coordinated with families attending the away meets.  Maintains and coordinates the use of all timing equipment (e.g., stopwatches, clipboards, sharpened pencils, Dolphin System) at hosted meets.

Volunteer Leader–  OPEN
Leads the recruitment and staffing of volunteers for hosted meet fundraisers.  Keeps track of parent volunteer hours. Ensures that volunteers are identified at hosted meets via lanyards.
