BNSC is a competitive year-round swim team that offers instruction to all levels of swimmers, big and small!

We have a variety of training groups and ensure that those swimmers are meeting certain milestones before moving on to the next group. And we will help your swimmer be as successful as they wish to be!

When and where do we practice? We offer practice 5-6 times a week at either Normal Community High School, Normal West High School, or 4 Seasons. Swimmers and parents can pick what best fits their schedules. 

Where do we compete? We compete in many meets in Illinois each season, typically within an hour of travel, and host two of them in Bloomington-Normal during our winter season.  Swimmers and parents can choose meets that best fit their schedule, but we do encourage going to as many as possible to really see their improvements! We do also attend meets in surrounding states, but understand that not everyone can attend these.
