  • PRACTICE CHANGE Monday, January 5th
    • ​SENIOR Team 1, SENIOR Team 2 and SENIOR High Performance, practice will be 9:00-11:00am at the Norris Rec Center
    • AGE GROUP 4, practice will be 11:00am-1:00pm at the Norris Rec Center
    • AGE GROUP 2 Silver & AGE GROUP 2 Gold, practice will be 1:00-2:30pm at the Norris Rec Center
    • AGE GROUP 1, practice will be 5:00-6:00pm at the Norris Rec Center
    • AGE GROUP 3 Silver & AGE GROUP 3 Gold, practice will be 6:00-7:30pm at the Norris Rec Center
  • NO PRACTICE Thursday Afternoon, January 8th for AGE GROUP 4, SENIOR Team 1, SENIOR Team 2 and SENIOR High Performance due to St Charles East Home Meet.

SCST will limit the number of practice cancelations due to scheduling conflicts when possible. When conflicts occur and SCST is late getting in the pool we ask swimmers to be patient getting in the pool. Coaches will let the Team know when the pool is ready to start practices.
