SCA Pre Competitive Swim Team

The Pre Competitive group at St Charles Aquatics bridges the gap between our SCA School and the St Charles Swim Team (SCST). This program is designed to continue the development of freestyle and backstroke, while building the foundational skills of timing and leg driven rhythm of breaststroke and butterfly. Fundamental concepts of reading the clock and drill progressions will also be introduced. Swimmers in the group will learn how to receive instruction from on the deck coaching, giving them the skills to confidently graduate to SCST.
