Aquatic Swim Lesson / ages 5-12 yrs / Intermediate - our Duck level.
Students enrolling in this level should have a continuous front crawl stroke for 10 yards with arms clearing the water, good kick and consistent rotary breathing.
Students in the duck level will be introduced to advanced strokes and deeper water to build confidence in swim strokes learned. Focus will be given to refining rotary breathing skills and building endurance in strokes learned. Water safety will now include deep water skills. Class is 40 minutes.
Aquatic Swim Lesson / ages 5-12 yrs / Advanced – our Seahorse level.

Propel Swim Lesson Clinics
We are excited to announce that we are now offering Swim Lesson Clinics! These clinics have been developed to teach a specific skill set. In the Independence Clinic and the O2 Clinic (Learning to breathe) We are focusing on skills that are developmental milestones in supporting yourself and moving through the water to become a safer, more efficient swimmer. In our Advanced Clinic we will be focusing on developing the 2 advanced competitive strokes of Breaststroke and Butterfly through kinesthetic, hands-on drills and stroke correction.
Independence Clinic (ages 5-10) This clinic is for learn-to-swim beginners. We will focus on being independent in the water with front floats with face in the water, some kicking to propel the student, and moving those arms for reaching and propulsion.
O2 Clinic (Learning to breathe) (ages 5-10) This clinic is geared for the swimmer that is already independent in the water in water depth where they cannot touch the bottom; and is able to propel themselves forward using a coordinated effort of kicking and pulling.
We will be focusing on learning how to efficiently and continuously take that much needed breath while still propelling yourself forward using a coordinated effort of kicking and pulling. This learned sequence is the skill that allows a student to become a “swimmer.”
Advanced Clinic This clinic is designed for the swimmer age 7-12 that can swim a length of the pool (25 yards) freestyle and backstroke without stopping.
We will be teaching the 2 advanced competitive strokes of Breaststroke and Butterfly. We will be working on kicks, pulls and timing of the strokes.
