St Charles Aquatics Diving

Lessons

Safety is the most important skill we teach, but fun comes in a close second.  The goal of the program is to help children learn the dives they want and to improve their skills in a safe and relaxed environment.  Lessons will be offered year round and taught by trained members of the St. Charles Dive Team

St Charles Diving teaches three levels of dive lessons:

• Beginners: Learn the approach and hurdle, front and back dives, safety and etiquette    
• Intermediate: Become more comfortable with the diving board, expand skills forward and backward
• Advanced: Learn dives in remaining three categories: twist, inward and reverse.

Cost:   $165.00 for members of the Norris center/$220 for non-members

Fall Session

September 9^th thru November 13th

7:00 to 8:00pm, Tuesday and Thursday at NRC (10 weeks)

St. Charles Dive Team

The St Charles Dive Team is affiliated with USA Diving and AAU. In order to be on the team, Divers have to be placed on the Team by the Coach. The amount and type of dives needed depends on each age level and ability to compete. 

Every Diver MUST have an AAU membership to join club team, AAU Youth Extended Membership $16.00.

USA Diving Membership is optional.

Sept. 2 - Nov. 20 (diving practices end Nov. 14) (12 weeks)
