MEET FORMS & SANCTION APPLICATION
Effective February 1, 2021, all applications for sanctioned or approved events in the Illinois Swimming LSC must be submitted electronically. Once approved you will receive an invoice for the appropriate fee. All applications must comply with USA Swimming and Illinois Swimming rules and policies as of the date of application. All submissions must include an application form and a proposed meet packet. All Meet Directors and Meet Referees must have current membership status.
