TAKE THE PLUNGE (2020 Event)

Coaches looking for something to spice up the holiday training and challenge your swimmers? Take the Pool Plunge! Challenge your swimmers to a 1K, 1650, 3K or 5K for time and submit your results. It is a great chance for swimmers that might think about an open water event in the summer to test out the distance in a familiar environment. Event dates are December 1, 2019 through January 15, 2020. Swims can be done in pracitce. Coaches there's something for you, too! Coaches that have the largest percentage of their team participate over all the events will win a $50 gift card.
