MAY 29-31, 2026 - WESTMONT, ILLINOIS

After bringing back a fifth title from Dallas Texas, Illinois Swimming is looking forward to hosting the 2026 Duel in the Pool. All-Star teams from Illinois, Indiana, and Gulf Swimming will be competing together at FMC at the sixth annual Duel in the Pool. This long course meet will feature a new format, showcasing the fastest athletes, ages 11-16, from three of USA Swimming’s highest performing LSC's and promises to be an exciting two days of fast swimming.​
