On behalf of Indiana Swim Club, we are thrilled to welcome you to the Counsilman-Billingsley Aquatic Center at Indiana University for the 2025 Indiana Swimming Senior Long Course Championships. We are honored to host this premier event and look forward to providing an exceptional experience for athletes, coaches, volunteers, and families.

As you prepare for the meet, we encourage you to take a few moments to review the meet format and other important event logistics included. Familiarizing yourself with this information in advance will help ensure a smooth and successful championship experience for all.

 

**PARKING UPDATE 07/17/2025**

ST (Student permits) on Union Street and Lingelbach Lane, and Lingelbach student parking lot are available for parking all day without ticketing or towing per IU Parking Operations. See Green areas on map. Red circle area is the paid lot next to SRSC and the yellow area is the 10th Street Sunrise lot that will be ticketed during the day but open use from 5pm until 6am Thursday, and will be open parking from Friday at 5pm until Monday morning.

đź“ť Required Medical Consent for Minor Athletes

Indiana University requires all athletes under the age of 18 to have a completed Permission to Treat form on file prior to the start of the meet. This is a mandatory requirement, and athletes will not be permitted on deck or allowed to compete without a completed form.

It is the responsibility of each athlete and their parent or legal guardian to ensure this form is submitted in advance.

đźš— Parking Information

Parking on the Indiana University campus—especially near the SRSC and Counsilman-Billingsley Aquatic Center (CBAC)—can be complex due to IU’s weekday permit requirements. Most surrounding lots are permit-only during standard university business hours (Monday–Friday). Vehicles parked in restricted areas without the appropriate permit may be subject to ticketing or towing.

We strongly encourage all attending families, coaches, and volunteers to review parking information prior to arrival to avoid confusion or fines.

On Saturday and Sunday, parking is more flexible, and attendees may park in the lots directly across from the SRSC without concern for ticketing. The Sunrise (10th Street) parking lot is available for parking after 5pm Wednesday through Friday.

đź“Ť Venue & Deck Access Information

The 2025 Indiana Swimming Senior Long Course Championships will be held at the Counsilman-Billingsley Aquatic Center (CBAC), located inside the Student Recreational Sports Center (SRSC) on the campus of Indiana University.

Athletes may enter the facility through either the South or North SRSC entrances. Check-in for athletes, coaches, and officials will take place in the main SRSC lobby upon arrival.

Please note: Deck access is restricted to credentialed athletes, coaches, officials, and registered meet volunteers only. The meet directors reserve the right to deny deck access to any individual not in compliance with these access guidelines.

Food trucks will be available each day of the meet to provide a variety of meals and snacks for athletes, families, officials, and volunteers.
