How to Join the Indiana Swim Club

New swimmers will be evaluated by our USA Swimming-certified coaches can watch them swim and determine readiness and the appropriate group placement.

Once your swimmer has been evaluated and assigned to an appropriate practice group, you can register for ISC online.

Please bring a copy of your swimmer's birth certificate, as well as a suit, goggles, and a towel to the evaluation.

When does ISC swim?

ISC swims year-round, with short breaks at the end of the fall/winter (short course) and spring/summer (long course) seasons.

When does ISC hold evaluations for new swimmers?

At the beginning of each season, and by appointment, we hold evaluations for new swimmers where one of our USA Swimming-certified coaches can watch them swim and determine whether they are ready to join ISC, and identify the appropriate group placement. Once your swimmer has been evaluated and assigned to an appropriate practice group, you can register for ISC online. 

What should we bring when our swimmer is being evaluated?

Please bring a copy of your swimmer's birth certificate, as well as a suit, goggles, and a towel.
