Indiana Swim Club empowers young athletes and strengthens our community. Your generosity keeps swimming accessible by funding meet-fee and dues scholarships for athletes who might otherwise be unable to participate.

Sponsorship Levels

There are three levels to support Indiana Swim Club: Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Each tier includes public recognition that reaches engaged families and regional meet audiences.

Gold — $2,000+

Event & Hospitality Partnerships

Partner with ISC on specific events (invitational or championship meets) or sponsor hospitality (meals/snacks for coaches and officials). This support keeps sessions running smoothly and creates a positive experience on deck.

Event/Hospitality partner benefits:

PA acknowledgments during the meet

Volunteer Commitment: Give in Lieu of Hours

We know not every family can meet on-deck volunteer hour requirements due to work schedules, caregiving, or other obligations. If you’d like to support ISC financially in lieu of some or all required volunteer hours, you may do so through our Volunteer-in-Lieu Donation option.

How it works

Board-approved exchange rate: Contribute a monetary amount per unfulfilled hour at the rate of $25.00 per hour requirement..
How to designate: When giving online, select “Volunteer-in-Lieu” and include your swimmer’s name and group. For checks, note “Volunteer-in-Lieu” in the memo.
Recognition & tiers: These gifts count toward Bronze, Silver, or Gold sponsor levels, so you receive the same recognition benefits.
Tax receipt: ISC will provide a receipt; please consult your tax advisor on deductibility.
Event coverage: While donations help the club meet costs, some safety-critical meet roles must still be staffed. If a session is short on volunteers, we may reach out to confirm coverage or offer alternative sessions.
