More than just a "swim team", the Fishers Area Swimming Tigers is a partnership that develops positive, healthy, and responsible relationships. We provide a fun and wholesome environment for athletes of all ages and abilities.
Why FAST?
Age group swimming builds a strong foundation for a lifetime of good physical and mental health by teaching time management, self-discipline, and healthy fitness habits. FAST teaches the ideals of integrity, respect, and sportsmanship, in addition to proper stroke technique and the values of effort and commitment. From the beginning FAST participant to the USA National Team member, everyone has an individual and team role with the FAST Tigers.
Evaluations
Evaluations are simply to help our coaching staff guide your child into the appropriate program. Please Note: All swimmers new to the FAST pre-team or competitive team must have an evaluation before joining the program in order to ensure correct group placement. Those registering for the FAST Tigers Learn-to-Swim Program or Stroke School Powered by Elsmore Swim Shop do NOT need an evaluation prior to registering.
When arriving at Fishers High School (13000 Promise Road, 46038), please enter the building through Door FH6. The Natatorium is on your right. Evaluations typically last about 15 minutes. For the evaluation, please have your child bring a swimsuit, goggles, and towel - and be ready to have fun! You may schedule an evaluation at any time by contacting our FAST Business Manager. Once the evaluation has been completed, swimmers can complete the registration process for the 2023-2024 season.
