Swimming 101
Swimming often appears to be in a world and have a language all its own. Joining this new world can be a confusing and sometimes frustrating experience. As your athletes begin swimming with FAST and you enter this brave, new world, please take a minute to review both the Frequently Asked Questions and Glossary below. These documents will hopefully ease your transition to FAST and the swimming world. Please let us know what other information would be helpful as you begin this journey.
