There will be pre-season athlete meeting on Friday October 27 at 3:15 PM in the Hubbard Pool balcony.

Team Fees

Team fees are separated into 2 categories: Subsidized Schools and Non-Subsidized Schools.

Subsidized Schools: the high school cover the team fees for their swimmers. (Brookfield, Hubbard)

Non-Subsidized Schools: the high school does not cover the team fees. Families are responsible for paying the monthly fees for their swimmers. (Girard, Liberty, Mineral Ridge)

Team fees are 4 payments of $100 per month per swimmer. The first month's fees will be charged at the time of registrations. The remaining 3 payments will be charged on December 1, January 1, and February 1.

All payments must be made electronically via the team website called Sportsengine "SE Payments". A credit card (Visa, Master Card or Discover) must be kept on file for monthly dues and meet registration fees. You may use a reloadable prepaid credit or debit card.

Payments will be charged on the 1st of each month to the credit card listed on your account. A $25 late fee will be assessed if payment cannot be processed by the 7th of the month.

*If you wish to remove your swimmer from the program you must fill out a Disenrollment Form by the 25th of the current month. Otherwise you will be billed for the following month. Forms are located under the TOOLS tab.*

Registration Fees

Registrations: $50

A non-refundable, $50 per member registration fee will be charged at the time of registrations. This fee covers the cost of team t-shirts, swim caps, and team functions.

Registration fees will be charged for each swimmer regardless if their team is Subsidized or Non-Subsidized.

Some of the large invitational meets that we will attend charge an entry fee for each swimmer. Meet fees will be charged to the credit card listed on each families account unless the school chooses to cover the cost.

The Meet Schedule will be released in October before the first day of practice. Please note that the meet schedule is subject to change throughout the season.

Gear

At the beginning of the season, members will receive a team t-shirt and 2 team caps.

Team suits and warm-ups can be purchased through the SwimOutlet link located on the homepage of our website. Team suits are required, they are part of the uniform for meets. Warm-ups are optional.

At swim meets, swimmers are required to wear their team suits, team caps, and racing goggles. We recommend swimmers wear their team t-shirts, team warm-ups (if available), or school apparel when on the pool deck.

At practice, swimmers are required to wear a one-piece, competition style swim suit, and racing goggles. Scuba masks, two-piece suits, and board shorts are prohibited. Anyone with long hair is also required to wear a swim cap. Team caps are preferred but not required.

Training equipment such as fins, kick boards, and hand paddles are all provided by the Hubbard Pool for swimmers to use. Swimmers are more than welcome to bring their own training equipment if they so choose.
