Masters Team

Welcome to Kraken Swimming! Thank you for your consideration for joining us. This June marks the beginning of our Masters Team 8th year!

Our Masters Team is a US Masters Swimming affiliated team that operates within the Lake Erie Local Masters Swimming Commitee (LMSC). We offer swim training and coaching for all swimmers 18 or older. Former competitve swimmers, college athletes, triathletes, and recreational swimmers are all welcome to join. Practices run 6 days a week, year-round, to better accomodate your schedule.

U.S. Masters Swimming is a national membership-operated nonprofit that provides membership benefits to nearly 65,000 Masters swimmers across the country. These benefits include insurance, SWIMMER magazine, sanctioned events, and more. USMS and its 52 Local Masters Swimming Committees (LMSCs) provide direct support to more than 1,500 Masters Swimming clubs and workout groups.

Practice Schedule

Team Fees

Membership to our team is $50 per member per month.

All payments must be made electronically via the team website called Sportsengine "SE Payments". A credit card (Visa, Master Card or Discover) must be kept on file. You may use a reloadable prepaid credit or debit card.

Payments will be charged on the 1st of each month to the credit card listed on your account. A $25 late fee will be assessed if payment cannot be processed by the 7th of the month.

*If you wish to disenroll from the program you must fill out a Disenrollment Form by the 25th of the current month. Otherwise you will be billed for the following month. Forms are located under the TOOLS tab.*

Registration Fee

There will be a $50 per member registration fee charged when you join. This fee covers team t-shirts, team caps, and training equipment.

On your first day of practice, you will be given a team shirt and 2 latex swim caps.
