Meet Sanction and Closeout Guidelines

Sanction to Close out procedures - Approved by BOD Nov, 2023
Sanctions are processed by Warren Lind.
Preferred method of submission is electronic via email.
Scan and email sanction form along with meet invitation and meet entry file to [email protected]
Sanction checks should be made out to Louisiana Swimming and sent to Warren Lind
Sanctions numbers and invitations will be posted on the website
Wednesday before the meet, email the back-up of your meet to [email protected]
Reconciliation report will be emailed. All errors must be handled prior to the meet.
Swimmers swimming without being registered will be fined $100
After meet, send meet results back-up to [email protected]. Results will be uploaded to the SWIMS database and posted on the LA Swimming website in both PDF and TM File format.
Sanction and closeout checks should be made out to Louisiana Swimming. Closeout forms and checks should be sent within one week of meet completion
