Requirements: A member of New England Swimming for at least the last 4 years; exhibits a strong work ethic and integrity; is a graduating high school senior attending a post secondary school and plans to swim in college .

Submit the application to the New England Swimming Office, 47 May Street, Needham, MA 02492 by June 15, 2011. The applicant will be notified of their $1000 award by July 15^th. Attach proof of enrollment, to a post secondary school, and one letter of recommendation to the application.
