DORSI RAYNOLDS SENIOR DEVELOPMENT COACH OF THE YEAR
SUSAN TRAINER, CRIMSON AQUATICS-WELLESLEY HEAD COACH
Susan began her coaching career at the University of California, Los Angeles. After a successful stretch in the collegiate ranks, Susan moved back to the northeast and has been leading Shawmut Aquatic Club (Crimson-Wellesley) since 2002. During this time, the club has seen tremendous growth in both membership and performance. SAC/CRIM has reached Bronze Medal level (6 times) and Silver Medal level (1 time) in USA Swimming’s Club Excellence Program. Her athletes continually perform at the top of New England Swimming in all age groups and reach the highest meets locally, regionally, and nationally. During this past year her swimmers qualified for Olympic trials, US Open, Junior Nationals, and Futures. They also broke numerous New England Swimming records, pool records, and team records. Susan prides herself on consistency and hard work and leads by example. In 2011 she was named New England Swimming Age Group Coach of the Year.
Susan was an NCAA All-American for the University of Florida Gators and the UCLA Bruins before a cardiac condition forced her early retirement from athletics after her sophomore season. She holds a master’s degree in education from Tufts University and a Doctor of Education (Health & Behavior Studies) from Columbia University.

NICK PROVOST, HOLYOKE Y VIKINGS HEAD COACH
Nick Provost has been the Head Coach for the Holyoke YMCA for seven years. During that time, the team has gradually doubled in size. Swimmers on the Vikings love to work hard, love to support each other, and have fun doing it. Over the past few years, the program has produced six Age Group Highpoint Award winners, two Eastern Zone Age Group champions, and ten New England Top Ten swimmers.
