Meet Qualifying Standards for 2025-26 Season
The CBR Barracudas Swim Team competes in both USA & YMCA competitions througho-ut the 11 months. There are several types of meets the team competes in that have different standards or rules about participation.
YMCA Dual Meets and YMCA Invitational meets are open to all members of the swim team from Academy to Seniors.
USA Invitational Meets are only open to individuals who are registered with USA Swimming.
YMCA & USA Championship Meets are meets where qualifying time standards are required in order for individuals to participate. These meets for the 2025-26 season and their qualifying standards are as follows:
- LAC
- USA Winter Junior Nationals
- YMCA Districts
- Charlie Hartley
- YMCA States--the top 6 finishers per event from each of the 3 district meets automatically qualify (18). The next 6 fastest at-large times swam during the district meets will determine the remaining qualifiers for a total of 24 swimmers.

- USA LC Silver Champs
- USA LC Junior Champs
- USA LC Senior Champs

- USA Eastern Zone Championship
