Lifeguard certification is a perfect start to fulfill dreams of becoming a lifeguard. This fast-paced and challenging course teaches you how to effectively prevent and respond to emergencies around the aquatic environment. The StarGuard Elite Lifeguard certification is vital when pursuing a position as a Lifeguard with Life Time. To participate in this course, participants must be at least 16 years old and successfully complete a water skills assessment.
Life Time Swim Nebraska offers 3 different course types through which a student may obtain certification:

Initial- For individuals who have never been StarGuard certified or whose certification has expired for more than 45 days.
•
Renewal- For individuals who are currently StarGuard certified or whose certification has expired for less than 45 days.
•
Crossover- For experienced individuals who are certified in a recognized program outside of StarGuard
Upon successful completion students will receive StarGuard Lifeguard certification valid for 1 year.
