2024 Spring/Summer Registration Steps:

 

1.  New or Transfer to WEST - 

  • Must have evaluation/approval from the team before registering for WEST Express.  
  • Attend Splash Night on March 5th - link.https://www.signupgenius.com/go/20F0844A4A92BA1FE3-west11#/ or Link:   https://forms.gle/DLDS7bQdJmuzhGHn6 for the evaluation page request.

2.  Register for WEST Express Swim Team

  • Register swimmer(s) in the group they were in previously unless you have been instructed to make a change.
  • You will get an email receipt once registration is completed.
  • Approvals are not done immediately - Most registrations will be approved starting March 10th.
  • Dues will be billed starting April for Spring registration and June for Summer registration.  If paying for the full spring/summer season you will be billed on April 1.
  • In the registration cart you will pay the family registration fee and any outstanding balances, if applicable.

3. USA Swimming Registration   ( If already 2024 USA registered, you may skip this step! )

  • If NOT USA registered for 2024 then follow these directions below: 
    • NEW to USA Swimming - Follow the unique WEST link in WEST registration email receipt. Set up a family account and then register your swimmer(s).
    • EXPIRED membership - Follow the unique link in WEST registration email receipt.  You will register your "expired" swimmer(s) as NEW.
    • TRANSFER to WEST from another USA Swimming Team (not a HS team) - contact [email protected] for instructions

*MN LSC fee will be billed to your WEST account once we receive the billing report from MN Swimming - generally the following month.  This is part of the USA Swimming membership piece for MN.

 

Day/Time sign ups for applicable groups, will be sent a google form prior to the start of each session.

Sample Schedule (subject to change depending on registration #’s - won’t vary much) Saturday options will be offered depending on meet schedules etc and will be posted later

 

Dolphins 3 days a week

4:30 - 5:10 (weekdays)     or

5:20 - 6  (weekdays)

AM 7 - 7:40 PRMS

Sharks 4 days a week

M - F 4:30 - 5:30          or

M - F  5:30 - 6:30

AM 7 - 8  CMSE or PRMS

Age Group 5- 6 days a week

M - Th  6 -7:30

Fri 5:30 - 6:30

AM 7 - 8  CMSE or PRMS

Seniors 5-6 days a week

M - Th  4 - 6, Fri 4-5:30

Sat 8-10
