USA Annual Membership

USA Swimming, families will process own registration using unique WEST link. All swimmers must be registered with USA Swimming.  

$70 USA portion - charged in USA cart

$8 MN LSC fee - payable to WEST

USA Seasonal Membership

(valid April - end of Summer State. Not valid for Zones, Speedos and higher level meets.)

Meet Fees

Meet fees will be added to the family invoice throughout the season.  Once you sign up for a meet you are responsible for the fees whether you attend meet or not.

Meet fees vary depending on the type of meet and the format.  Generally, meet fees are between @4-10 per meet. Meet fees are posted on each meet entry page.

WEST Express Meet Fee

Additional fee for each swimmer entered in the meet.

Late Payment Fee

Any balance past due after the 5th day of the month will be assessed a late fee.  If the account is delinquent for more than 30 days, the swimmer(s) will not be allowed to practice until the account is paid in full.

Return Check Fee

Any account where a check payment is returned not paid, will be charged a return check fee.

Multi Swimmer Discount

Multi swimmer discounts are for those who register all their swimmers at one time and the dues are charged at the same time.  The % is off the total dues.

2 swimmers - 5%

3 swimmers - 10%

4 swimmers - 15%

5 swimmers - 20%

Credit Card:  2.95% plus .30 transaction fee

ACH:  $1.25 transaction fee
