Intrasquad Meets
Intrasquad meets are only swum against members of one's own club/team, in a friendly competition or in a time trials format.
We have 4 types of intrasquad meets: grand prix, grand "pre", Blue/White, and time trial.
Grand Prix (Competitive Team & Practice Team)
All Grand Prixs are swum in the Brookside Pool at the Rye YMCA Main Building (21 Locust Avenue). They are held once a month on Fridays from 6:00–8:00PM.
Dates and times are subject to change. Changes will be posted on this page and sent out to all Team members via email.

Blue/White Meet (Competitive Team)
The Blue/White Meet is our annual intrasquad meet, held in February. The Team is divided into two opposing squads based on our colors: Blue and White.
We swim a normal dual meet format, along with some fun events thrown in.
