Hello Swim Families! Tomorrow begins our summer practice schedule! It is 10 weeks of training, comradery, and fun! The Blue and Platinum groups will be in the water starting at 5:45 am each morning, Monday through Friday. Practices will be finished by 8:00 am each morning. Bring tennis shoes and shorts and a t-shirt for dryland! Dryland will occupy the final 20-30 minutes of practice and will consist of core and body weight exercises. Hello Swim Families! Please be aware that there will no swim practice on Monday, May 27th, in observance of the Memorial Day holiday. Practice will be held at the normal time (7:30 - 9:30 am) on Saturday, May 25th. Practices will be held during the normal time slot of 5:30 - 7:30 pm Tuesday, May 28th, through Friday, May 31st.
