Full job description

The Brownell Talbot Masters Swim Team is an adult swimming program that is run by Brownell Talbot.The Masters Swim Team is managed by the Aquatics Director that directs and organizes the program.The position of Head Masters Coach will report directly to the Aquatics Director.

The program has approximately 42 swimmers with (5) main workouts Monday through Friday. There is the possibility to add Saturday and/or Sunday workouts for the motivated coach. This position would require varying work hours that include mornings, evenings, and possibly weekends.

Work Schedule
Hours: 10-12 hours per week.

Swim Practice Schedule
Mornings: M-W-F
Group I 5:15 am to 6:15 am
Group II. 6:30 am to 7:30 am

Evenings: T-Th
6:15 pm – 7:15 pm
NOTE: during High School swim season the masters evening hours move to 7:15 pm to 8:15 pm
