NEW & RENEWING CLUBS

ALL club registrations are to be completed online via the USA Swimming SWIMS 3.0 platform as of 9/1/2022.

Registration requires USA Swimming Account Access.

General  Information

First time or expired clubs, please contact the Midwestern Swimming Registration Chair for instructions.

Renewing clubs, to access your online renewal application:

  1. Log-in to the USA Swimming website (http://hub.usaswimming.org)
  2. Select "CLUB" from the top navigation bar - if you do not see this option, confirm you are the club administrator
  3. Select "Club Renewal" from the drop-down menu that appears
  4. Complete the online renewal process. 
  5. Teams hosting January meets: Registration & payment due by December 1.  All other clubs, registration and payment due by December 31. 2023 Club Registration Fee (per MWS Policies & Procedures 4.10.1): $250.00 Total  ($70 to USA Swimming + $180 to MW Swimming).     
  6. Pay the USA Swimming portion of the club fee ($70.00) through the USA Swimming website; Midwestern Swimming will then email you an invoice for the MW Swimming portion of the renewal fee ($180.00) payable by check only.
  7. Mail MW portion of the club registration fee to: 

Midwestern Swimming, Attn: Leslie Mayo, 1607 S. 181 ST, Omaha, NE 68130.

Late Club Registration/ Payment:   After December 1 for January meet hosts and December 31 for all others the club registration total increases to $300.00 ($70 to USA Swimming paid online + $230 to Midwestern Swimming paid by check).
