PART TWO

STEP 1. Member Registration

(New and Existing Officials MUST do this step)
ALL  OFFICIALS registrations must be completed via USA Swimming's SWIMS 3.0 / Online Member Registration (OMR) platform.  The previously used non-athlete registration forms are no longer accepted.  Everything is now completed online.

If you are attached to a club, contact your club registrar for the team’s specific Online Membership Registration (OMR) link.

If you are NOT attached to a club, begin the unattached registration process by clicking this link

Membership offerings:  Official or Apprentice Official*

Pay the current 2024 USA Swimming non-athlete membership registration fee of $80.00.  This payment will be made at the time of online member registration.

* Apprentice Official is an OMR category and apprentice officials will NOT be charged at that time. This Apprentice Official registration allows the individual to complete the required components as they work toward becoming an official. Once the apprentice requirements are completed you will be required to REGISTER with USA Swimming and pay the non-athlete membership fee.
