    • 4:15-5:15pm - OPEN Warm-ups (Dive Well Pool-8 Lanes)
    • 5:00pm - Positive Check-in Closes
    • 5:30pm - Meet Starts (Dive Well pool)
Saturday, December 6th
  • Session 2 (13 & Up Prelims)
    • 6:45am - Doors Open
    • 7:00-8:30am - Assigned Warm-ups (Dive Well Pool-8 Lanes)
    • 8:45am - Meet Start (Dive Well pool)
    • Top 8 for 13-14 & 15-18 make finals
    • Qualifiers have 30 minutes from the time of annoucement to declare intentions
  • Session 3 (12 & Under)
    • ​11:15am - Session arrival
    • 11:30-12:45p m - Assigned Warm-ups (Both Pools- 8 lanes each)
    • 1:00pm - Meet Start (Girls Scoreboard Pool/ Boys Dive Well Pool-8 lanes each)
  • Session 4 (13 & Up Finals)

    • 3:45-4:45pm - Warm-ups
    • 5:00pm - Meet Start
Sunday, Decmeber 7th
  • Session 5 (13 & Up Prelims)

    • 9:00am - positive check in 500 closes

    • 1:00pm - Meet Start (Dive Well pool- 8 lanes)
  • Session 7 (13 & Up Finals)
    • ​4-4:30pm - Session arrival
    • 4-5pm Open Warm-ups (Scoreboard Pool- 6 lanes)

Championships Suit Info:
Tech Suit Restrictions for 12 and Under Swimmers – please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the USA swimming rules regarding technical suit restrictions for 12 & Under.
 
TYDE is a Speedo sponsored team and our preference is that swimmers wear Speedo suits whenever possible.  Our recommendation for Speedo suits are the Aquablades and Vanquishers (Jammer and Kneeskin).  Championship suits can be any color.
 
GAC Spectator Bag Policy:
  • For safety and efficiency, the Greensboro Aquatic Center recommends entering without a bag. If necessary, guests are permitted to bring one small bag that meets the following guidelines:
    • One-Gallon Clear Plastic Storage Bag
    • Diaper Bags* (no larger than 12”x6”x12”)
    • Medical Bags* (no larger than 12”x6”x12”)
    • Small Clutch Bag (no larger than 4.5”x6.5”)
    • Clear Vinyl or Plastic Backpack (no larger than 12”x6”x12”)
    • Clear vinyl or Plastic Bag (no larger than 12”x6”x12”)
  • *Medical bags, including diaper bags when accompanied by a child, will be inspected, and tagged before entry.
  • Please note this is not a comprehensive list. The Greensboro Aquatic Center reserves the right to deny any bag at any time on a case-by-case basis. Please note that athletes are allowed to bring in their bags and do not have to abide by the above policy.
