Step 1: 

Register for a TYDE Placement Evaluation.  This step begins your TYDE Registration Process.
 

Step 2: 

After the evaluation, if approved to enter TYDE Academy or TYDE Competitive, complete the online TYDE Registration Google Form when emailed or open for new swimmer registrations.  This starts the registration process.  Note: We do not use SportsEngine for registration - you must use the link in the mail to register for TYDE.  Be sure to use an email address that you check frequently and check your spam folder if you have not received an email within two weeks.
 

Step 3:

Within a week after the TYDE Registration Google Form is submitted, TYDE Admin Staff will email parents with their link to complete online billing registration through their YMCA account to pay the necessary fees to complete registration.  New Y members may need to set up their online member account first.

Step 4:

Once we have confirmed that parents have completed both these steps, they will receive an email confirmation that the swimmer is on the TYDE roster and ready to start practice this fall.​​​​​

Step 5:

If your swimmer is a member of TYDE Competitive (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) they will need to complete their USA Swimming Registration.  Registrations must be renewed annually.  Utilize TYDE's USA Swimming Registration Tips and Tricks to help finalize this process.

NOTE:  If you do not receive a registration email within a week after submitting the online TYDE Registration Google Form, please check your email spam folder to ensure that the TYDE emails were not misdirected.
