Junior Prep Level 2
Junior Prep Level 2 is designed for young athletes 12 years old and younger who wish to enhance their swimming abilities further, regardless of prior competitive experience. Participants are assumed to have knowledge of basic freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and flip turns.
Junior Prep Level 2 participants will learn the Butterfly stroke, IM turns, and start working with a pace clock. By attending 80% or more of the practices consistently, most swimmers can expect to advance to the next practice group within 6 to 10 months. It is important to note that attendance plays a fundamental role in the success of the athlete.
Any swimmer interested in joining one of TYDE's Prep groups must start with a TYDE Placement Evaluation. You can learn more about our upcoming placements HERE.
