While there was plenty to brag about their performances, the big story was the events they tackled. As the name of the meet implies, events were geared towards longer, more challenging events. Of the 53 splashes swum by our athletes nearly a third of them were first-ever swims that took them out of their comfort...

Team caps ordered through California Beach Hut are in, as are the clothing orders! TeamConnection, the clothing vendor, mistakenly sent ALL items to us instead of shipping them directly to your homes. Anyone who was charged more than $5.00 for shipping should see a refund on your credit card for the difference. If there are any problems with your order, please contact TeamConnection (if you have any problems let us know). We will have all caps and clothing orders at practices on Friday 11/15, Tuesday 11/19, and Friday 11/22.
It was an exciting week at NJB! Along with some challenging training and Halloween, our swimmers took a break for some peer mentoring by our Seniors, and our Juniors and Intermediates hit the (bowling) lanes for a little fun!

Our meet season started off with a bang at the Fall Festival of X-Cellence, hosted by X-Cel Swimming at Princeton University over the weekend. Some events had upwards of 100 swimmers competing in them. Our NJB swimmers made us proud by finishing in the top two heats of their age-group with some great performances by Paityn Bates (14th in 200 IM); Reese Berg (6th...
